What we collect
Waitlist: your name, email address, the client-count bracket you pick, the plan you're interested in, and your site language.
Usage signals: anonymous events such as which plan button you clicked, plus your browser's user-agent.
If you email us, the content of that correspondence.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To add you to the early-access waitlist and tell you when Nutrix launches — based on your consent, given when you submit the form.
To send occasional product updates and tips for coaches — same consent; you can withdraw it anytime.
To understand interest in the product (aggregated, anonymous) — our legitimate interest in validating the idea.
Email & processors
We send email through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), an EU-based email provider acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement. Your email and name are shared with them solely to deliver our messages.
We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
Analytics & cookies
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless web-analytics tool that we self-host in the EU. It sets no tracking cookies, stores no personal data, does not retain your full IP address, and never tracks you across other websites.
It records only aggregated, anonymous usage (such as page views and which buttons are clicked) so we can improve the site. Because it stores no cookies or personal identifiers, no consent banner is legally required - we simply tell you here.
We do store a couple of small preferences in your browser's local storage (your chosen language and that you've seen the privacy notice). These stay on your device and are not used to track you.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until we launch and you become (or decline to become) a customer, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability.
You can withdraw consent at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe, or email us.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
